Grief
Grief is physically, emotionally draining and spiritually draining. And, as a result grieving depletes our energy, disrupts our lives and takes a toll on all all aspects of our live.
So you can see why this is a time to be gentle on our self as we heal . Sometimes taking supplements, meditating, or getting involved in creativity can be helpful as we gather ourselves together in the best way we can.
